1. About Us

RoomStage is operated by Intelliva Technology and Innovations Limited. References to "RoomStage", "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms refer to Intelliva Technology and Innovations Limited.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoomStage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

RoomStage is a virtual staging service that adds furniture and decor to a photograph of a room you upload. The Service includes:

• Virtual staging from a single uploaded photo (requires credits)
• A selection of interior styles, room types, aspect ratios and output resolutions
• Download of finished renders as full-resolution JPG files
• A library of the renders you have generated

The Service adds free-standing furniture and decor only. It is designed not to alter the architecture of the room — walls, windows, doors, ceilings, floor surfaces, built-in fixtures or room proportions.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Credits and Payments

Certain AI-powered features require credits. Credits can be purchased through the Service:

• 1 credit = $1 USD
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits do not expire
• Credit costs for features are displayed before use

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Share your account with others

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the photographs you upload, and you own the renders the Service produces for you. You may use them commercially, including in property listings and advertising. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to use your submitted content solely to:

• Operate the Service and run the image model on your behalf
• Store your uploads and results so they remain in your library
• Create aggregated, anonymised analytics (no personal data or images shared)

You must have the right to upload every photograph you submit. Listing photography is very often owned by the photographer who took it and licensed to you for defined uses — creating a derivative work from it may not be covered, so check your licence. You must also have the property owner's permission to market the property.

8. AI-Generated Images and Disclosure

Renders are produced by a machine learning model. Output varies with the photograph you provide and is not guaranteed. In particular:

• The architecture is preserved as closely as the model allows, but results are not pixel-exact reproductions
• Fine detail such as trim profiles, outlet positions, or the view through a window may be altered
• Results are not deterministic — the same photo can produce different output
• A poor source photo produces a poor render

You are responsible for disclosing that an image has been virtually staged. Most MLSs and real estate boards require virtually staged photographs to be labelled, and advertising and consumer protection rules in most jurisdictions prohibit marketing that misrepresents a property. The Service is built not to alter architecture, but it cannot make a disclosure on your behalf, and nothing here is legal advice. Check the rules that apply to you.

You agree not to use the Service to misrepresent a property, including by concealing damage or defects, or by presenting a render as an unaltered photograph of the property as it stands.

Credits are consumed when a run completes, including runs whose output you decide not to use. Runs that fail or are cancelled are not charged.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated renders will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• Results from following AI recommendations are guaranteed

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelliva Technology and Innovations Limited (operating as RoomStage) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that province.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
